The application requires the presence of a physical hardware component, which is a USB TV tuner.
In order to receive and play back streams, the application needs to be installed on a device that has the DVB-T standard and the appropriate hardware.
The application is not able to play back video and audio streams on devices that do not support the DVB-T standard.
